We promote a fun, safe, and respectful environment built on our Hedgehog Values of Respect, Honesty, Sportsmanship, and Friendship. Positive behaviour is celebrated, while bullying, aggression, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Clear steps are followed to address issues, and in serious cases participants may be removed from programmes

Safety is our top priority. Programmes will continue in most weather, but may be cancelled, shortened, or adapted if conditions become unsafe. Parents/guardians must ensure children have appropriate clothing. We communicate cancellations quickly via email, school systems, or social media

To ensure smooth running of our programmes, late collection fees apply. Grace periods are given in some cases, but persistent or significant lateness will incur charges to cover staffing and venue costs. Safeguarding always comes first, and uncollected children will be cared for according to procedure

Our terms cover registrations, payments, cancellations, behaviour expectations, safeguarding, medical information, and use of photos/videos. Parents/guardians agree to follow these when booking. Programmes may be adapted or cancelled due to venue, weather, or safety considerations, with alternative options provided
