Planned outdoor programmes will continue in all weather conditions, provided there is no significant risk to safety. This includes, but is not limited to, rain, light snow, moderate winds, low temperatures, and warm temperatures.

Should you wish your child not to participate, they should be collected before the club commences

Our coaches hold an activity register with all relevant booking information, and a copy is provided to your child’s school. Children will be collected by the coach prior to the activity starting.
