BOOKING & PAYMENT

WHAT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING?

All booking is taken via our website. A small minority experience issues when booking on their mobile devices. If you have trouble booking on your mobile device, please try a different browser or use a desktop computer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

The only payment option is via Paypal, you do not need an account to use Paypal, simply use the option to checkout as a ‘guest’ and you can use your card to pay. Some parents have problems seeing this option on their mobile, this can be rectified by using a desktop/laptop to book instead.

DO HAPPY HEDGEHOG SPORTS ACCEPT CHILDCARE VOUCHERS?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept childcare vouchers. This is due to our registration as a sports instruction company as opposed to being a childcare service.

CAMPS

CLUBS

HOW DOES MY CHILD GET TO THE CLUB?

Our Coach has a register of all the children booked on. A copy of this register is also given to the relevant school. Depending on the school, the children will either be taken to the club by the Teacher or our Coach will collect them.

You need to provide your child with adequate clothing for sports.

WHAT HAPPENS ON COLLECTION?

The Coach will take all of the children to the collection point relevant to the school/year group. The child will be released upon sight of the parent/carer.

CAN 4 YEAR OLDS ATTEND CLUBS?

Yes. Government regulation permits a maximum of two hours sports instruction per day.  As our sports activity sessions are less than two hours long, 4 year olds in Reception are able to attend. The same regulation disqualifies 4 year olds from attending camps.
